500 series high-flow pumpheads

520R pumphead

  • 520Rpumpheads feature two sprung rollers and transparent cover so you can see the pump running easily. Pumpheads accept eight sizes of continuous tubing up to 9.6 mm bore, without need for adjustment. There are versions for 1.6 mm wall and 2.4 mm wall thickness tubing for higher pressure or higher viscosities.
  • 520RELoadSure® element pumpheads guarantee perfect tube loading and one-minute maintenance and pressure up to 7 bar (dependant on the choice of drive).

REL—LoadSure® elements for 0–2 bar operation

REM—LoadSure® Elements for 2–4 bar operation

REH—LoadSure® Elements for 4–7 bar operation

505L pumphead

Virtually pulse-free flow with its 'double-Y' twin tube design. Flow rates to 4,375 ml/min. 505LX extension pumphead can be used to increase flows or channels. For a two-channel set-up, use the additional 505LTC tube clamp set.
