OEM peristaltic fillers

Flexicon OEM units offer a flexible and reliable filling solution for the biopharmaceutical and diagnostic industries. A closed fluid path removes the risk of cross-contamination. OEM peristaltic fillers are the ideal choice for contract filling for clinical trials or cGMP production environments.

Designed for intensive use for a fast return on investment OEM filling units can fill simultaneously with up to 15 peristaltic fillers (of the same model).

PD series OEM pumpheads

Designed for horizontal orientation PD12P OEM fillers can fill volumes from micro volumes to more than 8.45 fl oz. PD12 series pumpheads are optimized to work with Accusil platinum cured silicone tubing and asepticsu single-use assemblies. PD12PS provide a vertical integration option.

PD12 OEM fillers are available in anodized aluminum and stainless steel and allow for vertical or horizontal integration. For use close to the filling station, the rounded surface of PD12 OEM pumpheads offers easy cleaning. A unique gasket ensures a high degree of ingress protection.

PD22P OEM fillers can fill volumes from less than 0.17 fl oz to more than 169.07 fl oz.
