Overview

500 series high-flow pumps

500 series pumps comprise a choice of pumpheads, and a wide range of powerful AC, DC and brushless DC drives to provide flow rates up to 3,500 ml/min. Pumpheads are constructed of chemical resistant materials and changing a tube is the only routine maintenance required.

Pumpheads

520Rpumpheads feature two sprung rollers and transparent cover so you can see the pump running easily. Pumpheads accept eight sizes of continuous tubing up to 9.6 mm bore, without need for adjustment. There are versions for 1.6 mm wall and 2.4 mm wall thickness tubing for higher pressure or higher viscosities.
520RELoadSure® element pumpheads guarantee perfect tube loading and one-minute maintenance and pressure up to 7 bar (dependant on the choice of drive).

REL—LoadSure® elements for 0–2 bar operation

REM—LoadSure® Elements for 2–4 bar operation

REH—LoadSure® Elements for 4–7 bar operation

Drives

520DriveSureintegrated 48 V brushless DC drives and motor control for 520 pumpheads, providing flows to 3,500 ml/min using 9.6 mm bore tubing at 220 rpm
520VBM24 V brushless DC drives with two maximum speeds, flow rates up to 2,850 ml/min
520FAM50 Hz or 60 Hz single phase, induction motor drive in five maximum speeds, flow rates up to 1,270 ml/min
520FDM: 12 V and 24 V DC drives in four maximum speeds, flow rates up to 2,850 ml/min
